Assetto Corsa Recommendations & Needs / Open Assetto Corsa Server

Hello all and welcome. As the post header states Austeam Racing will have an open server to allow the public to join us on Monday Nights at 8:30pm Sydney time. This is however dependent on our Series Managers.
The Assetto Corsa server will be available 24/7 through the week.
Come race night the server will be reset for 8:30pm start to ensure the schedule is followed.

I have been using it all year and it gives as much or as little info you want.
It doesnt like you finishing badly as i found out last week, ended up 9th somewhere and he gave me a good roasting

However we're looking to get back to our golden times by having two options in ovals being Busch with fixed Setups and Winston for open setups. Please feel free to post question regarding this as we use iRacing mostly for our oval experiences.
The tracks and cars do come out cheap now and again (for example we're moving to open wheelers (Max Pro Vehicle) and this is less than $3 US we have needed to grab a download track but if not keen to do so then just miss that round for example. You can also try it for a month I see now but if wanting to know costs head to:-

The further distance away you are the flatter the curve/wrap around should be, which increasingly just turns it into just a flatter widescreen that decreases not only your overall letterbox view (with correct FOV settings entered) but also your wrap around "peripheral vision" view to that if they were up closer as well.

Our server is available for use to the public most times however is locked on official race events. We also recommend the use of Content Manager to make your experience much better.
The general rules of simulated racing used as a standard upon all platforms are those listed on Steam and apply here. We do use additional racing rules which are applied for the additional side of our race formats.
